No Refunds or Returns – Only Exchanges in Most Cases
Exchange Rules
- Allowed for: Wrong size or manufacturing defect
- Time limit: Within 7 days of delivery
- Condition: Unused + original tags attached + original packaging intact
- No exchange if: Tags removed, used, tampered, or packaging damaged
- Cashback / wallet amount: Not re-credited on exchange
Refunds (Very Limited)
- Only for confirmed manufacturing defect or wrong product
- Processed to original payment method within 7 working days
- Shipping + COD charges: Never refunded
- International orders: No refunds
- Perishable items: No refund if delivery fails (wrong address / unavailable)
