No Refunds or Returns – Only Exchanges in Most Cases

Exchange Rules

  • Allowed for: Wrong size or manufacturing defect
  • Time limit: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Condition: Unused + original tags attached + original packaging intact
  • No exchange if: Tags removed, used, tampered, or packaging damaged
  • Cashback / wallet amount: Not re-credited on exchange

Refunds (Very Limited)

  • Only for confirmed manufacturing defect or wrong product
  • Processed to original payment method within 7 working days
  • Shipping + COD charges: Never refunded
  • International orders: No refunds
  • Perishable items: No refund if delivery fails (wrong address / unavailable)

Order Cancellation

  • By customer
    • Usually not possible after order is placed
    • If accepted: Amount kept as store credit (valid 1 month)
    • After delivery: Contact within 24 hours for possible solution
  • By us: Full refund + we notify you ASAP
